The terms of service are my rules and conditions that you have to read carefully before asking me for an artistic commission, they are to avoid misunderstandings between the client and Amy Sama (The artist).

Remember that by buying me a commission you agree to all of my Terms of Service.

Basic Rules
★Tell me clearly what you want when you decide.
★I need pose and character references (outfit, facial expression, etc)
★Pass me the @ of your Social Media so I can tag you if you want (Insta and/or Twitter)
GENERAL
★ The terms of service may be updated without notice.
★The commission can be rejected for any reason, I do not have to give explanations, it is not mandatory to give them.
★ Be specific and clear with what you want.
★The commissions will be accommodated in order of payment.
Payment
★Payment methods: Pay-Pal, Western Union. __

★It is made in a single payment, the extra charges are paid during the commission process.
★Payment is made after I accept the commission.★Extra charges are made for: difficulty characters, objects, highly detailed characters and complex backgrounds.
★The prices are based on the characters, if you want a complex background consult, it is a separate price depending on what you want.
★ If the background has not been specified or has not been paid, it will be delivered with a simple or transparent PNG.
usage
★Amy retains all rights to each image produced. Payment is for the creation of a custom work, not to transfer rights.
★Amy can publish the commissions in her networks, it is clarified that it is a commission, you decide whether to provide her with your networks or not.
★Drawings can be published by the client if credit is given to Amy Sama.
★Images produced by me are not allowed to be produced, sold, supported or resold as NFT.
★Any commission made by Amy is for personal or non-profit use only. The client should not take advantage of the work done without discussing it in advance and thus reaching an agreement.
★Commercial commissions do NOT transfer the authorship of the work.
